Every interaction is an opportunity to understand your animal better. This isn’t extra effort — it’s our baseline. It’s also why clients come to us for a first stay and come back for years.

We group dogs by age, size, temperament, and energy level — not just convenience — so play is safe, balanced, and right for each dog.
We groom the whole dog — coat, nails, ears, teeth — and tell you what we notice. Grooming is a wellness observation, built into every visit.
Daily health observation and welfare checks, with a 24/7 staffed facility where no dog is ever left alone.
Each moment is a chance to understand your animal better — their mood, their habits, what’s normal for them and what isn’t.
