Part Time

Pet Care Technician

Support daily pet routines, maintain safe play groups, and help each guest feel calm, clean, and cared for.

Full Time

Pet Care Technician

Take a larger role in care quality, teamwork, and consistency across boarding, daycare, and enrichment routines.

Full Time

Groomer & Spa

Deliver safe, polished grooming work while creating a calm experience for dogs and strong trust with pet parents.

Part Time

Dog Bather

Assist the grooming team with bathing, coat prep, drying, and careful handling for dogs of different sizes and temperaments.

Client Services

Reservation Specialist

Guide families through booking, scheduling, and service questions with accuracy, warmth, and organized follow-through.

Leadership

Management Track

Help lead teams, uphold care standards, and keep daily operations steady in a fast-moving pet hospitality environment.

What we look for –

Reliable people with the right temperament.

The old application asks practical questions for a reason. This work is physical, team-oriented, and centered on safety, consistency, and confidence around dogs.

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active through the day.
  • Willing to work outside in Chicago weather when needed.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Experience with dogs, animal care, hospitality, or fast-paced service work is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and ready to share availability and start date.
