Your first visit starts with a brief, relaxed check-in where we meet you and your pet. For boarding and daycare, we do a temperament assessment — not as a gate, but as a foundation. The more we understand about your dog’s routine, preferences, medical history, and personality, the better we can care for them from day one. Most first visits take 20–30 minutes. After that, we take it from there.

For the health and safety of every pet in our care, we require:
