One decision in how we built 350 N. Laflin St. matters more than most people realize: five independent air-handling systems, so air from one area of the facility never reaches another. That gives us meaningful control over airborne illness that has allowed us to endure through two respiratory outbreaks that closed our competition. Add an in-ground heated saltwater pool, spacious private suites, and play areas staffed and sized for different temperaments and ages, and your dog isn’t just staying here — they’re genuinely cared for here.

A note on our approach

We don’t over-schedule boarding dogs. Rest is part of wellness — and we mean that genuinely. Dogs in our care have structured activity and real wind-down time, because an anxious, depleted dog at pick-up wasn’t cared for, just occupied. Our team knows the difference between a quiet dog who is content and one who needs attention. That comes from 30 years of experience and a well-trained team.

We offer overnight and long-term boarding with a personalized care plan for every guest. Dogs follow a consistent daily rhythm of activity and rest, stay in comfortable overnight suites, and receive one-on-one attention from a team that knows them by name. Care is staffed around the clock.
Is the facility supervised overnight?
Yes. Our team provides 24-hour care and supervision, so your dog is never alone — overnight, on weekends, or over holidays.
Can you care for a dog with special needs or medication?
Yes. We routinely care for dogs that need medication, specific diets, or extra support, and we build the care plan around your dog. Please call us so we can discuss the details before their stay.
How do you help dogs feel comfortable during a stay?
Through consistency and close observation. We keep a steady daily rhythm of activity, meals, and rest — including a quiet midday period — and bring familiar comforts from home into the routine. Our team watches each dog closely and adjusts so the stay feels calm rather than disruptive.
How should I prepare for my dog’s stay?
Bring your dog’s regular food (bagged and labeled by individual serving), any medications, and a familiar item or two — a favorite blanket or toy. Keeping their diet and comforts consistent helps them settle in quickly.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
For the health of every guest, we require current vaccinations for rabies, the distemper combination (DHPP), and Bordetella.
Do you offer long-term boarding?
Yes. We welcome stays of any length and provide the same consistent, attentive care whether your dog is with us for a weekend or a few months.
Can I see the boarding areas before I book?
Of course. Come in during regular business hours for a walk-through — we want you to see the environment your dog will stay in.
